How Scalient IQ collects, uses, shares, and protects information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Scalient IQ, LLC ("Scalient IQ," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website and Services. It covers website visitors and personnel of our business customers. It does not change the terms of any separate agreement or Data Processing Agreement between Scalient IQ and a customer, which control if there is a conflict.
When you contact us or request the GTM Signal Assessment, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, and message.
When you visit the website, we and our analytics and marketing providers collect usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and referral source. Our website uses HubSpot and Leadpipe for analytics and visitor identification.
When a customer authorizes Scalient IQ to connect to its systems, we access data from those systems on a strictly read-only basis to produce diagnostics and reports. This may include business contact records, pipeline and deal data, and related go-to-market information. Scalient IQ processes this data on behalf of the customer and does not write to, modify, delete, or send from those systems.
We do not sell personal information.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, performance of a contract, consent (where required, for example for certain marketing cookies), and compliance with legal obligations. For customer-authorized data, the customer is the controller and Scalient IQ acts as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing, including through HubSpot and Leadpipe. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we present a cookie notice and honor your browser-level choices.
We share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list of subprocessors and a Data Processing Agreement are available on request. We may also share information to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of data at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, hosting in United States AWS infrastructure, and read-only access to customer-authorized systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Assessment data is retained for 90 days after delivery for support purposes and then deleted. For subscription customers, data is retained for the duration of the contract plus a 30-day grace period. Website contact information is retained as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and, under the CCPA, to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. Scalient IQ does not sell personal information. To exercise a right, contact us at info@scalientiq.com. For customer-authorized data, please direct requests to the relevant customer (the controller), and we will assist as a processor.
We are based in the United States and process information there. Where we transfer personal data from other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date.
